The filtered clean air is then evenly discharged across the entire outlet surface at a uniform speed of 0.45 m/s ±20%. It provides high-quality clean air for cleanrooms and microenvironments of various sizes and cleanliness levels. In new cleanroom construction or renovation projects, FFUs can improve cleanliness levels, reduce noise and vibration, significantly lower construction costs, and facilitate easy installation and maintenance, making it an ideal component for clean environments.
