Description
The FFU offers long operational life, low noise, maintenance-free operation, low vibration, stepless speed adjustment, uniform airflow, and easy installation. The FFU can be connected in a modular configuration, making it widely applicable in cleanrooms, clean operation tables, clean production lines, modular cleanrooms, and local Class 100 environments. The FFU is equipped with both primary and HEPA filters. The fan draws air from the top of the FFU, which is filtered through the primary and HEPA filters. The filtered clean air is then evenly discharged across the entire outlet surface at a uniform speed of 0.45 m/s ±20%. It provides high-quality clean air for cleanrooms and microenvironments of various sizes and cleanliness levels.
