Description
1. Power On
Connect the 380V, 50Hz power supply and turn on the working and lighting switches. Confirm that the fan and lighting are functioning properly. At this point, the cargo air shower is in its initial state and ready for normal operation.
2. Entry and Exit Procedure:
Entry Procedure:
Press the manual button to open the entry door → The entry door opens automatically → Enter the cargo air shower → (If the anti-pinch sensor on the inside of the entry door does not detect any person or cargo within 5 seconds, the door closes automatically) → Person or cargo stands in the air shower sensing zone → Air shower begins with an air velocity of 20–25 m/s (air shower time is adjustable from 10–99 seconds; factory default is 15 seconds) → After air shower ends → Exit door opens automatically → Person or cargo leaves the air shower (if the anti-pinch sensor on the inside of the exit door does not detect any person or cargo within 5 seconds) → Exit door closes automatically → Process complete.
Exit Procedure:
Press the manual button to open the exit door → Exit door opens automatically → Enter the cargo air shower (if the anti-pinch sensor on the inside of the exit door does not detect any person or cargo within 5 seconds) → Exit door closes automatically → Entry door opens automatically → Person or cargo leaves the air shower (if the anti-pinch sensor on the inside of the entry door does not detect any person or cargo within 5 seconds) → Entry door closes automatically → Process complete.
Notes:

After power is connected, the doors on both sides of the cargo air shower are interlocked. Do not forcibly open one door while the other is not completely closed.

Do not open the door during the air shower process (wait until the air shower stops). In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to stop the air shower and then open the door.

The emergency stop button will automatically reset after 3 to 4 minutes. The system will enter sleep mode. Press any button to return the system to normal operation.

During maintenance (or when opening the panel), ensure safety by turning off the main power switch and removing the fuse. Confirm that there is no electricity before performing any work.

Do not forcibly open the front door after the air shower ends.

The cargo air shower must be operated by authorized personnel only. After the nozzles are positioned, unauthorized personnel should not touch them.
First Screen: Main Operation Screen

When the ESC button is pressed, all outputs are disconnected. (This function is only effective on the first screen.)

When the ALM button is pressed, the lighting output is disconnected. (This function is only effective on the first screen.)

When the power is on, the power indicator light is illuminated. (This function is only effective on the first screen.)

When the fan is operating, the working indicator light turns on. (This function is only effective on the first screen.)
Use the up/down arrow keys to navigate to the second screen:
Second Screen: Parameter Setting Screen

Press 0 to prompt for a password. Then press ENT. The password is 999. Use the arrow keys to enter digits (direct numeric input is not allowed). Press ENT to confirm the password. Press ESC to return to the second screen, then press the SET key to select the data field you want to edit. Enter the desired value and press ENT to confirm.

Air shower time setting range: 0.3–999.9 seconds

Lighting time setting range: 18–3600 seconds

Exit door delay setting range: 0.1–20 seconds

Entry door delay setting range: 0.3–20 seconds
If the input value is outside the allowed range, a beep will sound to indicate an error.

Select the field you want to modify, enter the desired value, and press ENT to confirm. After the data is successfully updated, press the SET key until the cursor disappears.

Production quantity setting range: 1–99

Production date setting range: Year 2000–9999
If the input value is outside the allowed range, a beep will sound to indicate an error.

When the entry door is closed, the entry door magnetic indicator changes from white to black. When the exit door is closed, the exit door magnetic indicator changes from white to black. When the photoelectric switch is activated, its indicator changes from white to black.

When the entry door electric lock is powered, its indicator changes from white to black. When the exit door electric lock is powered, its indicator changes from white to black. When the air shower is running, the air shower indicator changes from white to black. When the light is on, the lighting indicator changes from white to black.

Select the field you want to modify, enter the desired value, and press ENT to confirm. After the data is successfully updated, press the SET key until the cursor disappears.

You can navigate to any screen using the up/down arrow keys. After successfully modifying the data, press the SET key until the cursor disappears. Press 1, then press ▼ to access the password disable option. Press ENT to confirm the password is disabled. Exit to the first screen, press the ESC emergency stop button once to perform an emergency stop. Press it again to release the emergency stop, and all settings will be successfully saved.
IV. Common Malfunctions and Troubleshooting
If the fast rolling door cargo air shower experiences abnormal operation, please refer to the troubleshooting table for self-inspection. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact our after-sales service team for prompt maintenance support.
